Iridium takes part in the consortium selected by the Madrid Town Council?s Works and Public Areas Office to remodel Calle Serrano and to design, build and operate three car parks, with an estimated investment of 120 million euros.

Iridium, its subsidiary Iridium de Aparcamientos and Cintra Aparcamientos have been awarded the contract to prepare the project for three car parks (P1, P2 and P3) under Calle Serrano: P1 between Calle Hermanos Becquer and Calle Marqués de Villamejor, P2 between Calle Ortega y Gasset and Calle Hermosilla, and P3 between Calle Jorge Juan and Plaza de la Independencia, and to integrate them into the remodelling works on Calle Serrano between Calle María de Molina and Plaza de la Independencia, as well as the side streets in their area of influence, along with the construction and operation of the three car parks.

The project involves an estimated investment of 120 million euros and a concession period of 40 years.
