The concession contract consists of the construction and operation of three parking lots (P1, P2 and P3) under Calle Serrano located as follows: P1 (between Calle Hermanos Becquer and Calle Marqués de Villamejor), P2 (between Calle Ortega y Gasset and Calle Hermosilla) and P3 (Between Calle Jorge Juan and the Plaza de la Independencia) and their integration into the works project for the remodelling of Calle Serrano between Calle María de Molina and the Plaza de la Independencia and the side streets within its area of influence. Execution of the remodelling works of Calle Serrano between Calle María de Molina and the Plaza de la Independencia and the side streets within its area of influence, construction and operation of the three parking lots.
The project investment came to 140.5 million Euros, with a forty-year concession period.
