| Project description: Design, building, financing, maintenance and operation of Section II of the M-45 road between the O'Donnell artery and the N IV, with a length of 14.46km. The contract is for 30 years. The motorway opened to traffic in March 2002. |
| Interesting facts: The M-45 was considered the best road in Madrid in terms of safety and flow in a survey carried out in 2003 by the Public Works, Town Planning and Transport Department of Madrid's regional government. It was also one of the first roads to use the "shadow toll" financing system, giving rise to legal studies on this system. |
