| Project description: Government concession to operate and manage the public intermodal transportation hub and residential and public car parks located at Avenida de América. The interchange has 36 bus platforms, an area of 41,000m2, 396 residential parking spaces and 269 public parking spaces located at Avenida de América in Madrid. The concession is for 25 years for the intermodal transportation hub and public car parks and 50 years for the residential car parks, starting from their entry into operation on 30 March 2000. |
