| Project description: Public works concession contract to build, operate and maintain a high-speed, double-track railway line for mixed (passenger and freight) traffic between Figueres and Perpignan, including construction of the Perthus tunnel as well as the necessary facilities, equipment and connections with the Spanish and French rail networks. The entire project comes within the Concession Contract signed between the company and the Spanish and French governments on 17 February 2004. |
