Chief Operating Officer
In his role, Vicente manages and coordinates all of ACS’s P3 business development initiatives across North America, acting as commercial lead on behalf of the organization. He is deeply involved in all aspects of P3 development, including technical, financial, commercial, and legal. Vicente regularly interacts with stakeholders and brings relevant and current knowledge of the P3 market conditions. His comprehensive knowledge is founded on his international work in the civil infrastructure industry, where he has provided technical, commercial, and strategic advice to contracting authorities, sponsors, and funders on various multi-billion-dollar P3 transactions at all stages of their preparation, tender, and implementation.
As COO of ACS Infrastructure in North America, Ramon has oversight on all performance aspects of the organization’s project portfolio. In addition to his role as COO, he currently sits on the Board of Directors for all of ACS’s concessions and maintenance companies, where he effectively applies efficient leadership and critical decision-making skills to help ensure each project’s success. Ramon is well-versed in championing projects at this level and is experienced in executing effective strategies and implementation plans which ensure project milestones and goals are successfully achieved. As COO, Ramon is also responsible for ACS’ Technical Department. He regularly provides strategic and critical direction for project development through his role on various Equity Steering Committees.
