As part of our commitment to the highest ethical standards, Iridium has been equipped with a Compliance Program to structure an environment to prevent, detect and manage, among others, criminal and anti-bribery risks, as well as to reduce its undesired effects in the case of its materialization, contributing to generate an ethical culture and respect for the Law among all Iridium members.

At the epicenter of the Iridium Compliance Culture is the Code of Conduct, which sets out the behavior guidelines expected of all Iridium members. In this regard, all workers, managers and people linked to Iridium are expected to comply with the aforementioned Code, as well as with the rest of the internal policies.

Iridium makes available to all its members and third parties the Ethical Channel, a tool through which they must report a non-fulfillment of any obligation established in the legislation, in the Iridium Code of Conduct, as well as in any other standard or internal policy.

The communications made through the Ethical Channel are confidential. The processing of all data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current personal data protection legislation.

It is our belief that partners, subcontractors, suppliers, advisors, and consultants that work with IRIDIUM should comply with the same ethical standards, and we use our best efforts to ensure contracts entered into with these third parties include the requirements of our Code of Conduct.
