The TP Ferro contract includes the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of a 443-km high-speed, double-track railway line for mixed (passenger and freight) traffic between Figueres, Spain and Perpignan, France. The project also includes the construction of the Perthus Tunnel, as well as the necessary facilities, equipment, and connections with the Spanish and French rail networks.
