The Serrano Parking project includes the design, construction, and operations of three parking garages under Calle Serrano, located between Calle Hermanos Bécquer and Calle Marqués de Villamejor (P1), Calle Ortega y Gasset and Calle Hermosilla (P2), and Calle Jorge Juan and Plaza de la Independencia (P3). These three garages provide a total of 3,297 parking spaces for the residents of the surrounding area. Remodeling of Calle Serrano between Calle María de Molina and Plaza de la Independencia and on affected side streets is also included in the project.
