The Baixo Alentejo project includes the rehabilitation, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of 344 km of highway in Baixo Alentejo, Portugal. The project links the centrally positioned townships of Sines and Beja. It includes the 84 km of roadway construction, duplication of 43 km of roadway, and improvement of another 220 km of existing roadways in the area.
