The Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda University Hospital project includes the design, construction, finance, and maintenance for the provision of 13 complementary and non-medical services, such as cleaning, orderly, catering, maintenance, laundry, sterilization, security, and administrative personnel. The project also includes the lifecycle maintenance of equipment, installations, and furniture. The 242,000-m2 hospital has 613 individual rooms, 52 ICU beds, 30 emergency room beds, and 22 operating rooms. It provides medical care for 400,000 residents in the northwest of Madrid.
