The Aumancha project includes the design, construction, maintenance, operation, and conservation of the Toledo – Consuegra (52.25 km) section of the CM-400 dual carriageway, its functional elements, auxiliary services, and service areas. The road consists of two carriageways an average of 10 meters apart, with two 3.5-meter-wide lanes, 1-meter internal hard shoulders, and 2.5-meter external hard shoulders.
