The contract included the construction, rehabilitation, and operation of the new Can Misses Hospital and two other associated centers in Ibiza, Spain. The project includes a total of 272 beds and 9 operating rooms, with 47,156 m2 of new construction, 7,991 m2 of remodeled buildings, and 18,132 m2 of parking. The hospital has 106 consultation/examination rooms, 30 emergency room beds, 19 ICU rooms, and three X-ray rooms, as well as additional rooms for CT scans, MRIs, mammograms, and other imaging.
