The project includes the design, construction, finance, and operations of the Toledo University Hospital. The project includes not only the drafting and completion of the works of the new hospital, but also the provision of various non-clinical services in three hospitals and four specialty centers in the Toledo. The 246,964-m2 Toledo University Hospital has 835 beds, 182 outpatient rooms and offices, 25 operating rooms, 100 day clinic units, facilities for radiation oncology, nuclear medicine and hemodynamics/electrophysiology, a heliport, and more than 1,700 parking spaces.
