The contract includes the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of three buildings that are leased to the regional government of Catalonia. The maintenance of a fourth building is also included in the contract. The buildings house the headquarters of the mossos d´Esquadra police force in Sabadell, Spain. The total area of this facility is 60,330 square meters.
