The contract includes the construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the new Son Espases University Hospital. Located in Palma de Mallorca, this is the primary hospital for the Balearic Islands, a population of nearly 1.2 million. The hospital provides the highest level of services, such as cardiac surgery, nuclear medicine, and radiotherapy. The 183,395-m2 hospital has 824 inpatient beds, 27 operating rooms, 40 emergency room units, and 230 consulting rooms. We provide most non-clinical services, including patient food, janitorial, general maintenance, sterilization, library, laundry, security, and waste management.
