The Southern Ohio Veterans Memorial Highway is a design-build-finance-operate-maintain contract to improve safety and mobility around the Portsmouth region in Ohio. The project includes a 16-mile (25.7-km), 4-lane, divided, limited-access highway, bypassing the city of Portsmouth and diverting traffic from US 52 and US 23.
